All the pictures do not do it justice The place is amazing, smiling facese everywhere. The suite options are just gorgeous and genius The hair salon is just doing art. My sister was too young to do hair relaxin one of the girls did her hair for free when she saw her sad. The swimming pool services are beyond. Baby sitting services are excellent. The car services and the driver top I just love to go back Thank you so much for making it one of my happiest memories

10 out of 10 right down to the carpet. For over $1400/night, you can expect top-notch every single thing. I prefer the Cabana Cafe than the Polo lounge. Food there ans room service are fantastic 👌

Just what you would expect from a hotel in the Dorchester Collection...outstanding service and pure luxury throughout. A heartfelt thank you to the front desk (soooo sorry, I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in) for the surprise gifts that were left in our room! Beautiful hotel, incredible staff.

Outstanding experience at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The hospitality provided by Louis and the entire team is unparalleled. From delightful surprises at check-in to impeccable service throughout our stay, they made every moment a dream come true. Five stars don't seem enough for such an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

Very strange room did not have a shower for a normal sized person, I am 5' 9" the room had a soaking tub and a shower that only went to my torso. The service was good but for the price it should be. There are more modern, cheaper, nicer hotels near by.
